Midwest Municipal Services LLC., dba CredStar Revenue Solutions (“CRS”) is a provider of accounts receivable management services to entities and cannot offer any refunds, credits, or chargebacks, under any circumstances, of payments made via CRS’s website located at www.municipalpartner.com (the “Website”). By agreeing to make payments or by making payment to CRS or to one of CRS’s clients or customers through the Website, you hereby agree and acknowledge that the payment is being made in partial or full satisfaction of a debt or judgment that is valid and rightfully due and owing to CRS or to a client or customer of CRS.
